Moms!
Your training is tough (but fun!) total body workouts in an outdoor, boot-camp style format. Workouts include cardiovascular and resistance training, as well as core conditioning, sports conditioning drills, and flexibility work.

Your kids!
Active and fun! Your child works on motor skills, coordination, agility, and balance with our carefully selected and trained Kid-Coaches. Class breakdown: 30 min of developmentally appropriate games, drills, and exercises, followed by 30 min of unstructured free play.
