Red Rocks Amphitheatre
One hour of strength and cardio conditioning for men and women. Get ready for a great leg and cardio workout! You'll love the tough (but fun!) work on the stairs and hills in the beautiful Red Rocks amphitheatre! You work at your own pace in this class--all levels welcome!

Conditioning at the Pepsi Center
Workouts include cardio, strength, core, agility, balance and flexibility training. Hour-long lunchtime classes are designed to help you lose weight, increase strength and endurance, and get in the best shape of your life!

Sports Conditioning with Orence Lagman
Training for a triathlon, 5K, 10K, or longer? Perform your best in your event. This class will develop your strength, speed, agility, and power. We'll increase your athleticism and running efficiency through speed work, conditioning exercises, and drills in running mechanics and form. Instruction by Strength and Conditioning expert Orence Lagman.
