We designed this program to get you started and keep you motivated! Your workouts at the park will still be challenging and tough, but we promise not to make you do any squat jumps or hill sprints!

Workouts focus on building a base of physical fitness before adding intensity. One-hour classes include walking, low-impact cardio, core training, and resistance training with bands. We’ve included our Nutrition program for FREE! This combination achieves maximum results in reaching your weight loss goals. You'll attend 2 workout sessions per week and one class on Nutrition.
